We used Elliott for a little break alongside my 40th birthday celebrations. We have never used an independent travel agent before but we will always do so from now on. My requests were quite specific, however Elliot provided everything and more on the list. Our hotel was literally incredibly. The travel was so smooth and organised, we literally didn't have a single worry or issue. Elliot was in touch constantly before hand to ensure all was on schedule and even messaged me over there to check how the flight was as he knew I was very nervous of flying. Oh my goodness. who wants to sit on the internet for hours searching and searching, following up, then searching some more? Not me. never again, not since being introduced to Not Just Travel - Prendergast.

I recommend you give them all you ravel requirements to deal with from your 2-day breaks upward.

The magic for me is I can tell them how I want to 'feel' when I am away and who I am travelling with and they do the rest and I mean the rest.

We booked two transatlantic holidays with Elliot and Bethan - the booking experience (and the holidays) were a dream. I’ll never book a holiday on my own again! They checked in with us throughout each trip and took all of the stress away. Incredible attention to detail with things like transfers, airport parking, car hire and baby seats! They have it all figured out for you.

We are just back from 10 days in Jamaica. We had the best time so chilled visiting this beautiful country which was out of this world for us. All organised so professionally by Elliott. Couldn't beat the great price. When I first booked the holiday Elliott was sworn to secrecy as it was for a surprise for my husband. Elliott took that on board and made sure all the planning was done without giving the game away! Any questions I had he would respond quickly with an answer or managed my expectations by telling me when I would get one for definite. Nothing was too much for him to deal with and always.. always so accommodating. Thank you Elliott and Bethan you're both a fab team. I will not be going anywhere else but through you guys for my future holidays 😊
